APPLICATION:
  F2BKW(2-board) and F4BKW(4-board) Platform Vehicle Testers are a multi-board continuous platform vehicle tester with high testing efficiency, low cost in operation, and dynamic and static testing in one. The testing speed of motor vehicle can be up to 10-60km£¯h.
A different types of vehicle can be tested on one platform. It is especially suitable for testing the brake performance of the vehicle with lower chassis and equipped with ABS device. It is able to really simulate the brake performance of vehicle driving on real road. It is designed for the vehicle managerial departments, testing line of various types of motor vehicles, auto manufacturers and garage, etc. to test the vehicle brake performance.

MAIN FEATURES:
  It fully simulates the real state on road, and the brake performance is tested dynamically. The testing time per vehicle is less than 40s, and the testing result is real and reliable; The vehicle is allowed to enter the tester at high speed, and the brake performance of the vehicle can be fully tested; The brake step condition of the front and rear wheel can be accurately tested, and the characteristic curve of brake force and the coordinated time of the whole vehicle can be really measured; Through the close combination of multi-board, the length of tester is allowed to be suitable for the vehicle types of multiple axle distance, and the vehicle under the ABS running mode and the longer brake distance can be tested; Its mechanical structure is newly designed so that it is steady and reliable, and warranty period of free maintenance is long; The sensor with high accuracy is adopted so that its repeatability is good, accurate and reliable; The data collecting, data and graph processing, analysis and evaluation, and the giving of the tested conclusion are performed by computer; The parameters of vehicle brake, axle load, sideslip(optional) can be tested promptly and accurately. The tested result is displayed on the screen, and at the same time can be printed out with the printer; RS485 or RS232 for network communication port can be selected; With fully Chinese and graph interface, visual and legible display, and easy operation; The composition of testing site and foundation is simple, it is convenient to install and debug; A special net-shape structure is used for the bench surface, and a adhesive coefficient of the platform is bigger than 75%, so the testing result is almost not affected under the situation of dry and wet on the surface of platform; The brake distance and the brake deceleration speed of motor vehicle are measured accurately in accordance with GB7258-1997 when it is at emergency brake.
