APPLICATION:
  The FJZ-30 Highway Vehicle Weighing and Vehicle Type Testing System is a Dynamic Weighing Product, which is designed and developed by Foshan Analytical Instrument Co., Ltd. for matching the implementation of the ¡°Highway Rule of the People's Republic of China¡±. Its aim is to realize the vehicle weight-calculating charging and the over-limitation testing and so on stipulated on the regulations. Its main function is to test the bearing weight of each axle of vehicle passing through the weighting tester and obtain the total weight by automatically accumulating the weight of each axle. At the same time, it is able to test the speed and judge the axle type of vehicle passing through the weighing tester, and realize the vehicle weight-calculating charging and automatically judge the overload conditions of vehicle by means of connecting with the computer management system in the vehicle charging station and matching the implementation of highway management for highway departments so as to efficiently protect the highways, express highways and bridges with the state levels, thus making the highway charging more scientific and reasonable.

¢ò.Fundamental functions:
1) The axle weight of vehicle, passing through statically and at low speed, can be measured.
2) The handling of vehicle is automatically separated.
3) The axle-group type and the entire weight of vehicle can be tested.
4) The passing speed of vehicle can be calculated.
5) The passing time of vehicle can be recorded.
6) The limit value of over-weight can be set in accordance with the requirements of identifying over-limit-vehicle standard, and it is conveniently adjusted.
7) The weight process is handled by itself.
8) A complete vehicle-weighing information can be established, including axle weight, axle-group weight, entire vehicle weight,speed, time, etc.
9) The weighing information is transmitted to the lane-charging computer through a data interface.
