FUNCTIONS:
* Preview: The video situation monitored at real-time can be seen; Support a
  simultaneous preview of 1-16 channel video;
* Image transcription: The video situation monitored at real-time can be saved in
  the computer's hard disk;
* Replay of image transcription: Image transcription can be retrieved and played
  back. Support the fast playing back, the low playing back and the pause during
  the replay;
* Picture-taking: The video monitored can be shot at any time, and saved as BMP or
  JPEG image format document;
* Words and marks: Words message (e.g. the time) can be added to the image
  transcriptions and pictures as marks;
* Monitoring position control: The movement from up and down and from the left to
  the right of the lens can be controlled so that it will be allowed to aim at the
  position monitored;
* Lens control: The focal distance of the lens can be controlled so that the area
  monitored can be enlarged or shrunk.
* Remote monitoring: The video situation of all sites can be seen at real-time
  through the network.
* Management of limits of authority: A perfect function can be offered for the
  management of limits of authority.

  The system adopts an industrial control computer with high quality, so that its performance is stable and reliable; with good user interface, it is easy to operate; image transcription storage format: MPEG4;a hard disk space for the image transcription: Around 200M of hard disk space is needed for one channel video and image transcription for one hour.
