APPLICATION:
  FZZY Portable Dynamic (Static) Vehicle Axle (Wheel) Load Weighing System is a series product of new generation for checking vehicle over-limit (overload), which is developed by integrating the advanced instrumentation technology and the sensor technique at home and abroad. The tester section of the system adopts an integral design and hard aluminum alloy material. Its weight is only 19.6kg (single piece), and especially the height of the testing bench is only around 28mm. Therefore it is convenient to carry, transport, install and operate. The instrument section uses a large screen display with full Chinese menu, operation via computer keyboard and friendly man-machine interface, and has the functions of perfect displaying, setting, correcting, operating, printing and computer communication, etc. The dynamic testing of vehicle can be performed by matching two testing benches.

The tester is composed of a Wheatstone bridge so as to guarantee its high accuracy; With a big screen (12090mm) LCD display, full Chinese menu, and operation via a computer keyboard; Chinese character entry function: With national standard Chinese character bank, the vehicle nameplate, the vehicle type, the testing unit and the address can be directly entered; 1~10 bill can be set and printed out at high speed without noise; The testing time, date, bill number, vehicle nameplate, axle type, axle load, total weight and the testing unit can be displayed; With panel type replacing printout paper, it is easy and prompt; Standard upgrading: The software standard can be corrected in accordance with the Execution Standard; Quick inquiry, collection and statistic function; With RS 232 port, real time computer communication can be perform; With the rolling storage, the tested records up to 10000 vehicles can be stored; The vehicle speed can be displayed.
